Oriental type guest house run by an family, situted 40km from Marrakesh. They grow olives and make Pure virgine oil,also  Fraiche mint and organic preserved lemon. We arrive in the evening, and sleep in the guest house the night. The following day we spend  with the local family; wake up in the morning to milk the cow ,use the fraiche farmer mint to make early breakfast cup of tea, and also the Pure Oil to dip a fraiche Country side MARASH bread made by those Great ladys. For lunch we can participate in making one of the following traditional dishes:Organic Preserved lemon will be used to make the famous VEGAN tagine in the region /ARTICHOKE PEA .CARROTS/Potatoes Calmata olives Tagine. or GRILLED ZATAR/SAFRAN AUBERGINE.
