Hicham was ahead of his time back in the day being one the first spokesmans for Moroccan cuisine - opening restaurants Fez in töölö, and Culture kithcen in Stoa.
Sandro´s opening in 2013 created a boom for North-african kitchen & culture in Finland. Now Hicham and his team wants to share the colorfull and happy culture and create memorable experiences in the most authentic way possible - travelling to the source of the movement.
